Human nature is such that most people have a huge tendency to either underestimate or undervalue their natural skills and talents, as well as their learned abilities. In the course of our careers and our personal relationships, not to mention in the course of our lives in general, however, every single one of us builds daily on our own unique knowledge and experience, and not only is this immensely useful to ourselves as individuals, but also to other people. Although we might assume that what we have learnt is common knowledge and thus of little value to others, in fact nothing could be further from the truth.
The person who has worked his or her way up through the ranks to become a top leader or executive is somebody who has a unique perspective on the challenges to be met along every step of the way. In the course of his or her rise to success, this individual will have used a good deal of trial and error to get the right results, and this is experience which could be used to save others endless hours of wasted time and effort. They will have identified shortcuts too, which again could be employed by others to similar good effect. Just as importantly though, someone who has been through the experience themselves will understand the feelings and emotions involved in the process, as well as all of the practical concerns and issues, making them an ideal candidate for helping others through executive or leadership coaching.
In a completely different area of life, meanwhile, a person who has struggled with but overcome health-related issues such as those related to diet or exercise will also have learned many extremely valuable lessons along the way. From the vast amounts of often conflicting information and advice which is available, they will have been through the process of sorting out what works from what doesn’t and come up with usable strategies which could equally well be employed by others. Once again, with the relevant training and qualification to act as an online coach, such a person could be in a position to offer invaluable support and guidance through health coaching services, while at the same time developing their own coaching business as a self-employed individual. Those with backgrounds in the healthcare industry too can easily use their knowledge and skills in the health coaching arena.
Life coaching, which typically focuses on helping others to achieve their full potential across a whole variety of aspects of life, is a form of online coaching which many people find highly appealing, not least because the very process of coaching others contributes to their own personal development. While many countries currently do not regulate the provision of life coaching services, anyone who is considering becoming a life coach is strongly advised to acquire relevant training and qualifications to secure their professional credibility and reputation.
Remember, your experience could be extremely valuable to others and it could form the basis of a profitable online coaching business.

I have been asked many times by many people about how is Life Coaching different than Therapy or Counselling?
Well, each of them has their specific roles and advantages and takes care of different aspects of Your well-being. They do not exclude each other, they just serve different purposes. But let’s take them one by one.
Life Coaching is the improvement process that allows You to develop and improve as person, as much as You want. Coaching is an alliance between Your Coach and You, with You in the driver’s seat. Coaching helps You to discover the answers within Yourself, for each question You have and focuses on solutions, on Your future goals and on the Life You want to create.
Your Life Coach will be there for You to assist You to design the life You want, to encourage You to take the risks, whenever necessary and to celebrate with You your victories! You know You need a coach when:
- You want to achieve balance in Your work, personal and family life
- You want to start/improve your business
- You want to tap into Your highest potential
- You have goals and You want to achieve them while having fun and enjoying Your Life
- You want to discover Your Life purpose
- You want to improve Your relationships with the people in Your Life
- You want to become a Leader in your career field
- You want to change careers
Counselling is the expert advice provided by an expert in a specific field. It focuses on a current matter, by giving You a specific advice. Either You have a challenge in a relationship, You experienced a personal loss or You have an addiction, a counsellor can help you to cope with these and provide You solutions based on their training and experience.
Therapy is the process of increasing the mental health of a patient, working with issues like depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, relationships conflicts or career frustration. It helps providing perspective to the events from the past, ways to express feelings and understand patterns of thinking through a series of specific, psychological techniques provided by a specialized professional.
Each of the 3 methods from above offers You support to improve Your Life based on Your current Life conditions.

In one of the previous article I was giving few examples about how can you motivate yourself daily. How would you motivate yourself on a bigger scale, to have the Life You Want, the Life You Deserve?
The steps below helped me clarify my life purpose and established the direction I want to go. I trust they will be helpful for you too.
1. Be grateful every day for what you already have. Focus on what you have and you will end up having more then you have already than focusing on what you don’t have.
2. Decide what you want to accomplish in Your Life. How would you like to be remembered by the people around you? It has to be something that brings the passion out of you whenever you speak about it.
3. Write in a notebook the decision from the point 2.
4. Imagine that you would already have accomplished it. How would you feel? How would be the environment around you? Who do you have to be to have that? Describe these in your notebook.
5. Create an action plan with immediate actions that you will take, to get closer to your life goal. Have a clear, defined deadline for all your actions. In this way you can stay focused and check them out of the list once you accomplished them.
6. Read every day your Life Goal and the actions you already took. This will motivate you to move forward and find the next steps you need to take.
7. Spend every day, 5-10 minutes visualizing your goal accomplished.
To Your Success!

“I have no special talents. I am only passionately curious.” Albert Einstein
I have been introduced to coaching 8 years ago due to a challenge in my personal life, my sister’s divorce. I was in need for having back my balance, my focus on positive outlook of the world and I found coaching through a friend.
My life coach at that time, patiently listened to me and asked many questions that helped me discovered what I want and where I want to be as a person, motivated me to continue when the road I chose seemed to hard and cheered me for my all accomplishments. It was like I have my personal life trainer!
For this reason, I praise coaching and believe that it can transform each individual in something greater, bigger than they are, helping each individual to tap into their inner, greater potential.
Currently, the coaching field is growing and many types of coaching have developed since early 1900s, when Dale Carnegie started to train executives. Some of these fields are: life coaching, business coaching, health coaching, leadership coaching, executive coaching, career coaching, financial coaching, personal coaching, sports coaching, relationships coaching, coaching for businesses and sales coaching, to enumerate just few of them.
Lately, a new type of coaching started to emerge due to the increased use of internet technology in our daily life. Although, it might be difficult to understand for general public that coaching can be done other than face-to-face, as this builds a more effective relationship with the clients, as we became busier and stressed with our work and personal life and we want to save some time for our important matters, the demand for online coaching developed.
The online coaching offers you the advantage of having your coach with you no matter where you are, at home, your office or in a remote location, removing the time factor, travel expenses and geographical restrictions.
No matter what type of coaching you are choosing, having a coach will help you to create balance in your life, to discover your qualities and use your potential at a higher capacity, in another words, to transform your life in the life you want!
