What to expect in session with me: 

It is my goal in every session that you will feel understood, heard, a feeling of safety & enlightened. Depending on the situation, I will use various counselling techniques and approaches to reach your goal

 During the 6 months coaching package, each session is of 60 minutes duration, with constant email support, offering you practical help/advice whenever the need be.
