The programme starts with a powerful tool to start you thinking more deeply and raise your self awareness, so you can set meaningful goals. We will explore how to make your dreams reality, work through your challenges, identify what is holding you back from achieving your goals right now, and identify what is important to you and your strengths. We will explore how to have a positive approach to life and build your confidence and your commitment to keep working at achieving your goals. When you are in a positive state, you are much more successful in what you do and are more likely to achieve your goals.

• Initial powerful tool to identify what you want to achieve through coaching and helps ensure you get the most out of your investment of your time and money.
• A 2 hour kickstart session to create compelling goals towards turning your dreams into reality, and be motivated to move from where you are now to where you want to be and know how you make the first steps with confidence.
• Additional two fully confidential 1:1 coaching sessions per month lasting 45 minutes to an hour.
• Access to powerful tools, exercises and questionnaires as appropriate for your requirements, sent by email for you to work on between sessions.
• Interim free email support.
• Conversations and sessions are by telephone or Skype, and timings are arranged by email.
