During a single coaching session we work on being clearer about your priorities and what actions you can do to meet them.  The session lasts 1 hour by telephone or Skype and is arranged in advance by email.

A single session may be useful if you have a very specific issue to address which can be covered in a short time, as we can explore the options and creating an action plan is a good way to get started on moving forwards.

For leadership and executive development, or to address broader issues in your life and work, I strongly recommend our longer packages, as coaching is not a quick fix.
