The intake session is a one hour review of the clients ADHD history and issues associated with ADHD.
The goal is to understand and evaluate the impact and issues that are associated with ADHD in the clients life and to set appropriate goals for the coaching sessions.
This session also helps the client understand the coaching process and how the coach works and what to expect in the coaching sessions.
