Email support  (up to 6 times during the month) if clients wish to contact me between sessions 

A review of material provided by the client and other coaching session preparation work and follow up

Additional materials, handouts and/or assessments, based upon your situation and needs.

You may also email me to arrange a coaching phone call, twice during the month, between sessions, if you need “spot coaching,” are having a problem, or can’t wait to share a win with me.  I enjoy delivering this extra level of service, but ask that you please keep the bonus calls to five or ten minutes. 

Coaching is not counseling or therapy. Diagnosis or treatment is not  provided nor is coaching a substitute for mental health care. The coaching agenda is yours to determine and the client-coach relationship is one of partnership, not therapist and patient.
