A week  of wellness , sea  and sun in the stunning south Pacific coast of  Costa Rica .This package is designed for 6 to 8 women ,30+ of age , in good health  , who wish  to  focus on their relationships history .

It combines just-for-me time with group activities .

Plants are powerful therefore you may not join if you had serious illnesses  (  heart/ kidney/ liver ) or a cancer within the past 5 years .

There is more to life than the quest for love .There is you , body and soul ,there is your life purpose .One must know one self to be in a  couple .You were born a female child meant  to become a woman ..Its  both an honor and a challenge .

African cultures has" womanhood " rituals  , those are non existing in western culture .

In my work I  incorporate my shamanic skills with my  wellness coach training ..

•   one night in San Jose at the Sesteo Hotel       
• Transfer from and to San Jose  / Dominical del Osa  
•  5  nights in a private luxury house ,all  masters bedrooms ,with pool ,and a view ..walking distance to a pristine beach
