This program focuses on life coaching and life purpose coaching.

The duration of this program is 3-months or a minimum of 8 1-hour sessions and includes 1-2 different assessments and weekly assignments geared toward greater self-discovery between sessions.

This journey begins with an inventory of the client's key values and identification of any gaps between how they are rated and how they are applied when making life choices.

Clients can expect to experience greater self-awareness, clarity, confidence, and alignment between who they are and their professional and life choices.
