How Long Does It Take?

These sessions can add tens of thousands and even hundreds of thousands of dollars to your bottom line in as little as 60-90 days.  Most of our clients work with us for 6-12 months but it varies depending on your situation and goals. Our fees vary depending on the coaching you choose and the number of sessions that you want to sign up for. Generally the fee for coaching a small business or corporations runs from $750 to $1,000 or more per month.  However, the price may be higher or lower depending the package that the client gets.

 

• A typical business coaching session has three different phases that the coach and the client undergo: conversations, observations, and practice.  Conversations evolve around the business coach’s exploration of the client’s current issues while observations include noting inconsistencies between the client’s stated goals or objectives and his or her counterproductive actions.

 

• A typical PBI coaching session will show you "How a 10% Growth Can Add 34% to your bottom line!"

 

• The practice portion of the coaching session includes a variety of action-oriented business coach interventions, client activities, or assignments designed to assist the client in achieving enhanced business performance. Specifically, the PBI business coach includes an evaluation of your business strategy to understand your business in general and your specific goals.  In addition, the PBI coach also gives some suggestions for improvement and areas in which you could strengthen your company.  

 

• Basically, everything is geared towards the goal of optimizing the health of your company to reach your overall goals.  However, not all of the three phases may be included in a certain session.  This will depend on the situation, the needs of the business, and the PBI coach.

 

Pricing & Reasonable Rates:

 

PBI chooses to make coaching services more easily accessible by keeping its hourly rate reasonable. The Standard Business Coaching Package, which most of its clients choose, costs $500 for 4 half hour sessions per month.

1.      The Standard Business Coaching Package

 

We jump start coaching with the 2 hour Discovery & Design session. This meeting can be held in person or by phone, depending on proximity and preference.

 

• $500—Discovery & Design Session—A 2 hour initial coaching session by phone or in person
• A customized exercise is to be completed between the first and next sessions

 

After that we have 4 phone meetings per month, each 30 minutes in length. Most of PBIs clients find this package totally supports their business coaching needs.

 

• $500—Monthly coaching fee for 4 half hour phone coaching sessions per month, with a 6 month initial commitment

 

2.      The Extended Business Coaching Package

 

If you prefer longer coaching meetings, which may allow for more depth and may support you moving forward at a faster pace, then this might appeal to you. Your coaching process begins with the 4 hour Discovery & Design session, where we identify important issues, explore possibilities, and clarify values. This meeting can be held in person or by phone, depending on proximity and preference.

 

• $1,000—Discovery & Design Session—A 4 hour initial coaching session by phone or in person
• A number of customized exercises are to be completed between this session and the next sessions

 

After that we have 4 phone meetings per month, each 1 hour in length.

 

• $1,000—Monthly coaching fee for 4 hour long phone coaching sessions per month, with a 6 month initial commitment
• A number of customized exercises are to be completed between this session and the next sessions

 

Factors that Influence the Price:

 

• Size of the business.  PBI works with businesses that generally have annual earnings of at least $150,000 and have at least 3 or more employees. Most businesses are considered for coaching. Fees are usually billed bi-monthly with payment due on bulling submission.  

 

• Frequency of the sessions.  The more coaching sessions included in the package, the more money you will pay for business coaching; however, this will usually result in a decreased price per session.

 

• What are the extra costs? If you want your PBI coach to be available at all times for a phone call or quick consultation, this will be an extra charge.  PBI may charge a flat extra fee, or it may charge per phone call or for extra consultation. This is negotiable.

 

• Transportation.Generally all coaching is done over the phone or computer. However, if the PBI coach is required to travel to your place of business there is a portal to portal charge that covers all expense.

 

• How can I save money?PBI coaches will let you talk to them for 30 minutes in a free consultation.  It is cheaper to be coached over the phone or internet rather than going into an office.  If you do not want to leave your business, consider hiring a PBI coach help you over the phone or internet. The more sessions that you purchase up front, the more you are going to be able to save per session.
