The package includes 10 coaching sessions + the initial one that is free to make sure we are a match.

The reason for 10 sessions is that you may have momentum that will help you take action at the beginning and it's important that we are ready for possible set-backs, loss of motivation, fears coming up, or change of priorities as time goes.

I'm here to guide you through all the stages of your journey towards the goal you set for yourself. We'll start working together in a weekly rhythm and will adjust based on your needs. You can end our relationship at any time, in which case I'll refund the pro-rated amount for the unused sessions.

We can collaborate via Skype, phone, or in-person, if you are in the Seattle, WA area.
