Very often people will ask me why I use emails coaching and I tell them the factual truth of the matter, it is faster and more effective for the client.

There are two reasons for this.  People have to think much more about their situation when they have to write it out and also, by having it in email, they can re-read what I tell them over and over again.

It is also a nice reference to go back to and see what you wanted to change, fix or make better and then how it did improve.

I always recommend clients begin with the email coaching.
