This is an introductory coaching session where, if it makes sense, you will be given the opportunity to delve further and work with Marla one-on-one. This is not designed to be taken more than one time.

Marla's coaching specialty is working with midlife women and men. She shows you how to rise above the labels of society and expectations of others. She helps you discover who you are and how you want to express yourself in the world. If you are feeling held back by your circumstances, or don't know what to do next, Marla may be the coach for you.
