This six-month coaching program provides 2 hours of coaching per month (12 total coaching hours) on a flexible coaching schedule. The approach includes description of the corporate culture, behavioral adaptation and location-based mentoring. Additional months may be added as desired. Sessions are conducted internationally by phone and internet, with email contact available between sessions.

Ed Britton is a Canadian currently living in China, who also has Africa-based working and living experience.  He is a specialist coach in the international cross-cultural leadership field.
