This six month package provides 2 hours of coaching per month (12 total coaching hours) on a flexible schedule, plus resources. Strategies for acculturation and achievement in challenge form the core of the coaching approach. Pre-relocation coaching is encouraged and additional months may be added as desired. Sessions are conducted internationally by phone and internet, with email contact available between sessions.

Ed Britton is a Canadian currently living in China, who also has Africa-based working and living experience.  He is a specialist coach in the international cross-cultural leadership field. His passion is to assist professionals and their families to live and work in culturally diverse environments in foreign, corporate and challenging life circumstances.
