6. We are having a proble solving session, brainstorming together and setting our plan of action.

7. If you need a documented plan of action, I can send you an email, but this may require additional charges if it exeeds 1 hour of my time. In general a quick question and ongoing email support is for free.

8.You have five days to cancel your payment.
