This is an eight week program that includes an additional four weeks of follow up coaching. There will be homework for both of you, email coaching that can be daily or weekly depending on your particular relationship needs and Skype or phone sessions if requested on a weekly or every other week appointment. 

Not sure if your partner will join you? No problem. Even working through the course on your own will create amazing changes in your relationship.
