We begin in session one assessing your goals.  I will gather information about your history, your current circumstances and relationships, your inherent strengths and weaknesses, and your attempts through choices already tried.  Through this gathering of information we determine what needs to be targeted for success and the number of sessions we expect.  (Most clients need between 5-15 sessions) This package is 5 sessions at fifty minutes each.

We then set a schedule for the subsequent sessions.  We make sure you understand how EMDR occurs, and the equipment needs to proceed.

Every session thereafter is an EMDR session targeting one by one the identified needs.

You will be taught EMDR techniques that will be tools at your disposal for LIFE!
