Those sessions are ideal, when you are looking to make long lasting & positive changes in your life. In 12 sessions (60 minutes each, 1 session every week): we will identify all the road blocks that lie in your path and the actions that will help you move forward. We will create a plan that will support you in achieving your goals. In between every session you will get lots of homework & fun assignments to do. You also have unlimited access to the coach via email. There is a possibility to extend the term of the program as well.

Sessions may include, but are not limited to:

•  empower you in all aspects of your life, allowing you take charge and take back your personal power;
• the sessions will look at root causes of repeating issues, breaking patterns of behavior and encouraging a more positive outlook on life;
• the sessions will assist you in all areas, by changing your outlook and perceptions;

• releasing blocks & limiting beliefs;
• help you experience more clarity, give you tools to achieve your desired intentions, strengthen your connection with your inside power and support team within;

• release the stress that is blocking your emotions and progress
• get prepared to take desired action without fear .
