The detailed personal history, is an intensive 3-session coaching package that will resolve any challenge you may be facing, in any area of life. The first session consists of taking detailed information about the problem and how it persists. We ask very specific questions here, which allows the coach to understand the issue at a deeper level and formulate the next session according to the analysis of the language used by the coachee. 

The second session consists of the application of NLP Interventions to remove all the challenges discussed in the previous session. This session could be unconsciously tiring and might have to be stretched out between 2 sessions if necessary.

The third session is simply a follow up to ensure the changes have lasted and perhaps a clean up on anything that may have been missed or not fully internalized.
