This program is intended to give you a foundation of "who" you are and "why" you are and the "who" you are becoming. The first stage is the Explore Stage where you are looking at who you are and who you have been. The next stage is the Expand Stage where you begin to see who you are becoming. We will look at your beliefs, your character, values and strengths. The last stage is the Evolve Stage where we look at negative self-talk (turning it into positive self-talk), resolving conflict, and strengthening body image.
