Package consists of 3-month commitment.  Afterwards, it is on a month-to-month schedule.  All fees are payable on the first of the month via PayPal.

Schedule is 3 (60-minute) sessions (via Skype or Phone); unlimited emails, and 2 (15 minute calls) in-between sessions.

There are exercises and/or homework assigned to Clients and I will hold you accountable.  RESULTS is what Coaching is all about...partner with a good Coach and you will find it very rewarding.  We will celebrate your successes together and see how far you have come.  It's all about being HAPPY, isn't it?
