• EQ-i psycometric profile, taken as an online questionnaire
• EQ-i detailed report on your emotional intelligence profile that identifies areas of strengths and areas to improve, with suggestions.
• Emotional intelligence personal workbook to support developing strengths in more areas, representing a minimum 15hours guided self learning.
• Six 1:1 confidential 1hour coaching sessions by telephone or Skype. These sessions may be spread over a period of time up to six months if desired. 
• Interim free email support.
• One 10 minute mini telephone or skype conversation between sessions.
• Skype conversation and session timings are arranged by email.
