This 3 month program (2 sessions per month), offered by Executive Coach, speaker and trainer Russell Cullingworth, will provide you with a deep psychological understanding of yourself as a leader and executive.  Russell has an MBA from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, BC and extensive experience as an executive and entrepreneur.  He understands the importance of Emotional Intelligence in executive success, and knows how to develop EQ in others.

The program incorporates an Insights Discovery Personal Profile with the Management Chapter as a basis for your learning about your personal style and how to adapt and influence others.
