This program is for:
Newly promoted individuals to ensure that they get started right and with the correct support as well as experienced leaders who find themselves with changing roles, territories and responsibilities.  Anyone who wants to improve their leadership effectiveness and make better decisions thus sparing themselves the time lost in indecision.

- This program features 10, 50 minute coaching calls, pre-work, assessments and takeaways which create a strong support structure and change.

Increased confidence, a better self-understanding of how the leader impacts his or her team.  Reduced stress in trying to figure it out and a vehicle to express ideas and talk things through.
