There are a minimum of 12 sessions with each session being one hour bi-weekly. The mentor provides exercises to be completed between each session to maximize the clearing and energy shifting process - making you ready for the next session, where the new emerging energy blocks are revealed to be cleared. This is truly a process of peeling away the onion, one layer at a time.
