This six month package is about sustained development and in the first session we identify the outcomes you would like to achieve and tailor the rest of the programme around that.

Most clients are interested in improving leadership skills, interpersonal relationships, personal effectiveness, behavioural competencies, and improving performance.  We can include a range of tools that help raise your self awareness including a personality profile with an additional report on your leadership and management styles, other leadership inventories, exploring your values and strengths, and many more.  This programme is often taken by executives starting out in a new role, or strengthening their leadership capacity within an executive role, or planning their career for future promotion.

This programme is also used by senior executives who appreciate having a sounding board. It can be lonely at the top, and many executives find there are few, or no, people within their organisation with whom they can explore initial thoughts and ideas before making decisions.

As your coach, I am here to support you and listen and importantly also to challenge you, stimulate new thinking, be a sounding board to listen to ideas you are not able to share with other people, and to be a catalyst for change.

• Free initial 1 hour session to clarify your desired outcomes for the coaching program and to set your coaching goals.
• 12 Fully confidential 1:1 coaching sessions by telephone or Skype, usually taken as two 1 hr sessions per month.
