Based on extensive research, I have created a model called, "Discovery", that helps increase mind, body and spirit awareness. As a result of the sessions, you will be more likely to achieve your dreams, feel healthier mentally and physically, and remove blocks that prevent true happiness!

In our session, I begin with clarifying your goals and providing assessments based on your specific needs. Assessments may include, but are not limited to personality, leadership, career or 360. Based on your goals and assessments, I create a plan of action to follow through on each week.
