The program will consist of 3 sessions of 60-90 minutes each and will include various assessments using tools.

The program follows 3A coaching model which consists of 3 phases:

1. Assessment

2. Alternatives

3. Action

The first phase will involve an assessment of values and life through tools like ValueFinderTM and Happiness Index, Wheel of Life etc. Then we will create a spreadsheet of your income, expenses, cashflow, and financial goals. 

The second phase will explore alternatives available to you and evaluate them and consider motivations behind them and roadblocks if any.

The third phase will chart out the clear acftion plan and supporting structure and measurement criterion.

Each session is not a separate phase. Often all the 3 phases are covered in the first session.

The phone or face to face sessions will be supported by emails and homework and follow ups.
