• A series of  five 1-hour coaching  sessions that will provide the opportunity for you to examine your situation and  clarify your priorities.  Learn to leverage your talents, discover the tools at your disposal and create a plan of action to achieve the results you  need.   
• To help clarify your key priorities you will be asked to complete a brief intake questionaire prior to your first coaching session.    
• Sessions are provided weekly or biweekly depending on client needs. 
• Also included: email or brief telephone support between sessions.

Complete the personal  inventory and your results will be presented during a customized de-brief session that will help you learn how to fully leverage your strengths, effectively manage conflict and discover the keys to building effective, authentic working relationships.
