In 6-weeks you will learn the basic skills that will help you to understand how to navigate your way through a conflict situation.  In 6-weeks you will learn:

1. Win/Win Approach
2. Assertiveness
3. Active Listening
4. Mapping
5. Developing Options
6. Creative Responses

Each coaching session will last approximately 1-hour and take place 1-day per week on a Tuesday.  Specific information will be sent to you via email.

Take away from each session tools that you can use right away with your co-worker, boss, spouse or teen.  Best of all, this group coaching program can be done by phone, from the comfort of your own home, your office, or anywhere you choose to be.

Groups are between 4 to 8 people.
