You will receive a workbook of tools to help define the areas you want to focus on and to measure where you are currently.  It will include a personality profile test and information for your personality type. 

We will begin with a 90 minute intake session to review your focus areas then each session will be 60 minutes thereafter.  We will do an accomplishment assessment on the 4th, 8th and 12th session to monitor progress along the way.  It is YOUR journey and your responsibility.....I will be there as your coach to encourage you, ask you the right questions to help you find the answers of what has you stuck and what could be holding you back from having the success you want and I will be your accountability partner to keep you on track..
