Often people find it hard to set goals because they don't know where or how to start. In this workshop I will coach you through a process to set individual goals, setting you on the path to achieving your personal or business success.

Session Format -

Preparation session (FREE) – a 30 minute consultation to prepare for the goal setting workshop

2 hour Workshop – we will follow a step by step process to help you visualise your ideal future and establish S.M.A.R.T. goals that are measurable and achievable. You will learn the difference between moving towards and moving away goal setting.

The language we use can be the difference between creating greatness and mediocrity. We will create positive goals that will allow you to want to move towards your success.

Location – 

These sessions are held through Skype. If you are in the Miami area, we can hold face to face sessions in my office in Coral Gables or I can visit your premises (location dependent).
