This Executive-focused coaching program is geared toward 3 groups of professionals: • 10-30 years of work experience • pre-retirees (within 5-7 years of expected retirement) • retirees.

The duration is 12 months or 12 1-hour sessions.

The main goal of this program is the development of a level of self-awareness that fosters an alignment between life and career choices. To attain this goal, the coach may leverage life coaching AND career coaching practices and tools.

This program is also for experienced professionals seeking more gratification or work/life balance in their daily life. This can be either in the same company, another company, a completely different industry, or even in some cases, self-employment and "second acts".

The client can expect to walk away with an awareness of their potential--both realized and hidden--and strategies for how to turn that potential into satisfying 'work' and life.
