Two 60 minute calls per month with email support in between. A class size can range from 2 - 6 people at $110.00 / person / month

We have the option of discussing such things as body wisdom, weight loss, slowing the aging process, reducing pain, improving our sex life, thinking clearly, sleeping better & having more energy. With this said, as a group, we'll determine what's in our best interest.
