Session One: 75-minute session to define the ideal image of yourself as leader, and build awareness around your key strengths and gaps, and develop your action plan to creating yourself into your ideal image. (includes e-workbook)     

Sessions Two – Five: 45-minute coaching sessions to identify and shift any behaviors, perceptions, or beliefs that have previously held you back from achieving your ideal image, supporting you as you transition into a more effective style of leadership in your life.
