Description:
INTENSIVE PACKAGE
Coaching will include an initial coaching session (about 1hr to 90 minutes), Seven 1/2 hour phone coaching sessions, and 5 days (M-F required) daily emails for an 8 week period. After the 8 week period, an evaluation will be conducted to see if the individual needs more intensive coaching or can be moved to a maintenance program. This program requires that the individual complete the daily email for the 8 weeks in a journal style.
