Integrated Holistic Coaching and Coaching Academy offers Coaching and Coaching Certification for individuals.  We offer an initial 20 minute coaching session with the individual to see if we are a fit.  Our programs are intensive coaching and maintenance coaching. In the intensive program we do an initial coaching session that would last from 60 to 90 minutes and subsequently we will do weekly sessions of 1/2 hour via phone or skype for 7 weeks.  At the same time we will conduct daily email/journal (M-F) as a mandatory part of the coaching journey.  After the 8 week period we will re-evaluate needs and chose to stay on an intensive program or move to a maintenance program.
