A kick-start session provides 1 hour of focused coaching that will give you the opportunity to find the insight you need to break down the barriers that are holding you back.    

You will be asked to identify a key issue you want to focus on and we will collaboratively evaluate your situation,  identify your opportunities and establish an action plan that will allow you to move forward with confidence.

Kick Start sessions are valuable for those who may not be ready to enter into a longer term coaching arrangement but are seeking an opportunity to clarify, focus and stretch their current thinking.
