How It Works in an organizational context for a team:
The most popular program is a face to face one or two day session with the team that is organized prior to the session. Objectives and outcomes vary dramatically from team to team, so a series of phone calls with senior team members or leaders are usually required before hand to ascertain the outcomes of the day long sessions.This type of intervention is priced based on location of team, number of team members and length of coaching required.
How it Works in a personal context for an individual
The most popular program is a series of five or ten phone calls that are organized in the following manner:
The average frequency of communication is one to two telephone sessions per month, but they can be more frequent. SYKPE with video capability has become an increasingly popular vehicle as well. Sessions usually run from 45 to 60 minutes in length, plus unlimited communication by e-mail. In some instances, face to face coaching sessions can be arranged as well.
What can I expect between coaching sessions?
All clients will be expected to do some “self-discovery” - you may be given a selection of assignments or readings depending on your specific goals. Any agreed upon assignments are expected to be completed and sent to me at least 24 hours before our next scheduled conversation.
What if I have to postpone a session?
Stuff happens- for both of us. If you cannot make an appointment, it can be rescheduled at no charge, as long as I receive 24 hour notice. I will do the same if some unforeseen circumstance arises from my end.
