Learning to love yourself is as easy as 1, 2, 3! 

1. During our consultation, we will map out the time-frame and your process based on the goals and preferences you express.

2. We will meet weekly for 10 sessions (in person and/or virtually), and you will have homework and journaling during the week that you will be sharing with us via email, so we will be in consistent contact with you.

3. To finish the process, we will create your vision statement and goals for your best future. We will then have 3 follow-up visits over the next several months to keep you on track to reaching your goals.
