For the process I use to be most beneficial for you, a commitment of a minimum of 3 sessions is essential. After that, any additional coaching will be arranged on a session to session basis or in a 3 session package form.
In general, I have found that making a 3 session commitment at minimum creates a greater level of motivation and provides better benefit for you. Should you find after your 3 sessions, that you have truly not received any benefit from working with me, I am prepared to give you a full refund. Or at the very least work with you for a free session to determine how I might better serve you.

I suggest you book all 3 initial appointments at once to insure you get a consistent time slot and to maintain momentum.

I would allow a minimum of an hour for Life Coaching and an hour and a half for the Coaches Coaching process in each session.

Life/Relationship/Career Coaching: the approach is a solution focused and forward thinking. Solution Focused in supporting you to get clear on and move towards your desired future outcomes, without concentrating on past experiences or reasons for present dissatisfaction.
The process is:

Systematic

Understanding the holistic nature of the client, seeing how positive change can fit into their bigger picture.

Client Centered

Trusting the client’s inner resources and skills, respecting their agenda and future outcomes. Coaching is an advice free zone.

Action Oriented

Pursuing change in specific, inspired steps that lead to fundamental shifts in attitude, behavior and habit formation.

Life Coaching Package details: The initial 3 session package fee for three 1 hour sessions = 3 hours, is $370.00 in advance. Each subsequent individual session is $130.00 in advance. Should you choose to purchase further packages, the 3 session packages are available to you at any time.

Coaches Coaching: I approach it from a pure client position with an ability to 'sense' when a question is 'off'.

What I provide is an intuitive process where I am able to, on the spot, be a client and mentor in the same moment based on THAT moment, to not only reflect the pieces that work well but also to catch those that are key to identifying the coaches own barriers, that are getting in the way of moving their coaching forward. I reflect all the goodness and then toss back to the coach alternatives for the coach to look at to choose from, that might work better for them.

I had it described to me this way: "You know in email programs, when you type a word and the word is misspelled, and it underlines the word with that squiggly red line? Well, first of all it shows you that the word is misspelled. A word that you might not have noticed was misspelled. So it gives you a reference to return to and to right click on it. When you right click on it, the computer provides you with a choice of the words that you might have wanted to use. That is what you do. You are the coaching version of the squiggly line and right clicking."
What I provide is completely specialized coaching and mentoring geared for each individual coach to narrow in on their own “spelling mistakes” and provide options for them to decide what to do to correct their ‘email’ so that they feel ready to hit ‘send’…ie. Apply for their certification at any level up to ACC level.
Together we identify barriers and roadblocks in coaching skills and develop options to choose from that support the coach to combine the knowledge that they already possess in order to create a bridge to advanced levels of coaching skills for themselves, so that the coach feels ready at what the ICF considers better than an ACC level of coaching.
As an ACC Certified Coach I am recognized by the International Coaching Federation as a Qualified Mentor for the 10 required hours to achieve or renew and ACC level of certification, with the ICF.

So far this process for coaches has proven to support 100% of the coaches I have worked with to receive their ACC or ECPC Accreditation.

Coach Coaching Package Details: The initial 3 session package fee for the three 1.5 hour sessions = 4.5 hours, is $555 in advance.

Each additional individual 1.5 hour session is $190 in advance or you are welcome to purchase another set of 3 sessions at $555, should that feel best for you.
