eCoaching sessions can help you achieve your goals! The process begins with a 30 minute phone session to set your goals. Then, you will receive an email with a series of questions and reflections delievered by me and answers delivered by you, in up to 600 words. This cycle repeats twice more making a total of four (4) email cycles. Individual coaching sessions are recommended for best results.
