This six month program provides 2 hours of coaching per month in a flexible schedule. It supports the student coach in identifying their goals for a coaching career, their strengths, coaching niche and ideal client. We consider the appropriate coaching delivery mode, approaches to marketing and supporting resources and contacts. The student is coached through a detailed introduction to coaching associations to ensure maximum use is made of supporting resources. Mentoring is based on the development of mastery level coaching capability and effective business development.

Ed Britton is a Canadian who holds a Masters Degree in Leadership (Royal Road University), is a senior executive (reporting to the Board) in the International Association of Coaching. He is a certified coach in the International Coach Federation. He is an international cross-cultural and leadership coach, presently residing in China. He has a background as a college instructor and Dean of Education.
