This package includes 12 one hour coaching sessions. During these sessions assessments and follow up tasks will be assigned. Each session will be done by Coach Martez, unless otherwise specified.  Midweek follow ups and email support is available. We will focus on forgiveness, changing perspectives, restoring love and trust, reopening the lines of communication, gaining a deeper appreciation and moving past any bitterness to a better and healthier place in your marriage or relationship.
