The package is adjusted to the client. Consultation is done through the phone (talk/ text) up to 40 minutes converstion a week in adition to unlimited daily text if needed, skype or email/ facebook follow up for any question that come up in your daily basis. 

My objective is to improve your life by helping you understand where are things coming from. Understading creates endorphins, the "feeling good" cells in your body, and soon your state of mind will transform.

The package is $400.00 a month paid in advance. It includes  1 weekly phone conversation of approximately 40 min each, which can be subdivided in more calls in adition to daily follow up whether by text, email, facebook message or even skype if we need to talk something more in detail. It does not affect the package the number of times you want to be in touch by day to. The purpose of this follow up is also that you know you can count on advice at all times. You wont ever be alone.
