There are 4 one hour coaching sessions in this premarital coaching package.  Assessments and follow up tasks will be assigned during each session to enhance the emotional learning experience. Each session will be done via phone or Skype unless in the Hampton Roads area. During these sessions communication tools will be provided to ensure healthy communication boundaries are in place. Marital expectations and goals will be set in place to maintain the same passion and drive throughout the marriage.
