There are 4 one hour coaching sessions in the package.  Each session will be done via phone or Skype unless clients are in the Hampton Roads area. A few short assessments will be provided to gauge the health of the relationship or marriage.  Goals will be established to maintain the desired destination for both partners.  The goal for these sessions are  to improve communication, ensure both partners are being fulfilled, uncover and remove any distractive barriers to the relationship and provide tools that promote having a healthy relationship or marriage.
