The Three-Month Commitment

For our work together to take deep roots, be transformative, and effective, I ask that we both commit to three months of work together.

Our Coaching Sessions are done 3 Ways: By Phone, Email or Skype

The following is what you can expect over the 3 month coaching period:

An initial Free Consultation coaching session of 90 minutes so I can thoroughly get to know you and your goals, issues, challenges, and gifts.

Make Sure You Connect With Me For Your FREE 90 Minute Discovery Session So We Can Make Arrangements to Connect!

We will determine if I am the right coach for you. It is during this consultation that you can determine if you would like to make the commitment to yourself and your Soul's Path. If you decide now is not the time, you are not obligated to continue.

• 1 Coaching Session Per Week throughout the 3 Month Period. Each Session is 90 minutes in length (shorter if it deems necessary but always a Full 90 Minutes is All Yours)
• Weekly personal email check-ins regarding progress, questions, additional ideas, resources, inspiration, and more.
• Following a Skype/phone session, within 24-48 hours, you’ll receive an email with a PDF containing notes, comments, and recommendations based on our session or covering things that I suggested in our session.
• MP3 Recording of Each Coaching Session

Sessions Can Also Include Other Tools Like:

• Affirmations
• Meditation and Visualization
• Crystal therapy
• Herbal or aromatherapy suggestions
• 'Homework', Exercises, Activities, Journal Prompts
• Law of Attraction Work
• Menu Plans (if applicable)
• Distant Reiki Sessions
