In coaching sessions you will receive my undivided attention relating to the intimacy and sexuality topics you choose. My intention is to support you in being more present with your erotic nature so that you can experience more freedom, joy and love. In sessions with me you will have the opportunity to slow down and connect with parts of yourself that are often rushed passed. Genuine intimacy and joyful sex begin with a deep connection to oneself in body, heart, and spirit. My sessions often focus on personal awareness and self-love.

How long are sessions?

Intimacy Coaching Sessions are about 1.5 hours long. This time allows us to settle in to the sacred space we create and to explore from a variety of directions. I ask that if you have an extra half hour available that you leave it open in your schedule so that we may stay present with your process instead of feeling rushed for time. We will most likely finish in 1 hour, but it can be helpful to you to have plenty of time to ground and transition back into the rest of your day.

 When are you available?

I generally schedule private sessions Monday & Friday starting between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. If these times don’t work for you, I will do my best to accommodate your scheduling needs. I am not usually available for same day sessions. Obviously the intake process takes time and I prepare myself energetically for your session long before we meet.
