The foundation of this career coaching program is the use of the Birkman Method to identify the client's organizational strengths, usual/stress/need behavior, interests, work style, and lifestyle profile.

The duration is 3 months or 8 1-hour sessions and completion of the Birkman assessment followed by a 2-hour debrief session of the assessment results.

The client receives multiple reports that reveal the types of environments, situations, and relationships that maximize or impede their professional and personal performance.

Throughout the program, the client can expect to engage in ongoing analysis of what makes them tick (motivates) or gets them 'ticked off' (demotivates), especially in the workplace, and is expected to become both participant and observer in this study of their behaviors in various interpersonal interactions.

Finally, the client uses their assessment results and coaching discoveries to consider alternative and 'best fit' career choices..
